OK, on with the erm newbies,
Next on my list is a blog that I do know, and enjoy,
Lindow,
When this blog first appeared it was meant to be a blog about farming, as it's writer is a Farmer it follows that is what he would write about.
Except it didnt remain that way and has become a mixture of farming and life in general, I have had a few farmers on my list of friends, and I have always said that to farm in this day and age you have to both love farming and love the land, and this Gentleman does both of those things, it is evident in the way that he writes, how he makes losing gallons of milk sound like he knocked a glass over and yes he made jokes and laughed, although it cost him money and not a few swear words.
We have walked with him through pastures, played in the garden, been with him on his 'other' job, but to find out what that was you will have to go and read the blog for yourself.
A mixture of humour, gentle passion for the life he leads, his lady wife and of course his blog friends who have come to be a part of his life too, go read it is well worth it. ![]()
And ladies next of course, this being another blog I have not ventured in to much, but then spent the whole time I was there wondering why not!
I love the mixture of humour and seriusness ( forgive spelling that I would normally correct but have got a double clicking mouse!)
The insights into the working life (when not blogging that is
) and the trying not to eat biscuits, the ouch when she fell and hurt her lower back (snap! only mine was on mud) and I really do hope that it is beginning to feel better, the gentle teasing with friends and the whole air that the blog releases when you go in and read, which I encourage you to do now if you have not already done so
